Entitlement vs Higher education
The entitlement affect higher education in the way student feel an arrogant sense of entitlement, and they expect to have everything working for them, not matter what. In facts, many students expect rigths and privileges , but no want to do a hard work to deserve a good score.

I agree with you that students just think because they are in college they are entitled to passing. They don't realize the hard work that needs to be done to get there. It definetely is a sort of arrogance.
ReplyDeleteMany students born with a silver spoon in their mouths are notorious for this feeling of entitlement. Many really feel entitled if their parents are part of the Alumni Association and/or make contributions and donations to a particular college or university. They feel as though hard work is not needed. This is were the arrogance comes into play. I feel as though all students should receive the same penalities despite of their socioeconomic status.
